Dear Faithful Supporters and Followers,

It is hard to believe that we are halfway through the year. We have

much to anticipate for the month of July. I am writing this letter from

Murfreesboro, TN where we are staying for a few weeks. We were privileged

to help our church with VBS where a few souls, young and old, were

wonderfully saved! One girl in particular named Cambria came to me after I

preached and said, “I just got saved!” Her family is near and dear to me. She,

along with her 4 siblings, have been coming to our church faithfully for over a

year after I drove past them playing in front of their home one Saturday

morning and invited them on our bus. One by one they are getting saved.

Praise God!

As we travel, we strive as a family to be a witness for Christ everywhere we go. June was yet another busy month for

the Barbers with multiple opportunities for witnessing and leading souls to Christ. My children are helpful in reminding me

when to give a gospel tract or when to talk to someone about the Lord. They are good at making sure my feet are “shod

with the preparation of the gospel of peace” (Eph. 6:15). I also was given the

opportunity to preach to a group of men and their sons at a father son

campout, among other preaching and ministry engagements.

several churches in June, (Tennessee, Virginia, and New York.)

• The AC on our truck has been repaired!

Special Prayer Requests:

• A few months back I requested prayers concerning a church building for sale near the location we want to plant the

church. The seller was asking 4 million dollars, and the property needed roughly a million dollars in repairs. A

Nashville-based Veterans Organization has purchased the building and wants to remodel and rent the building for

church services, preferably an autonomous church. We are in talks. Please pray for this.
